Brunch After Dark is a five-course, Chef’s Table dining experience served after hours at Brunch Sayville. Reservations are now open for our first dates, presented by Chef Michelle Panciarello (Brunch, Eat Me Drink Me) and Chef Keith Lombardo (the BBQ King LI). Each experience will seat a limited number of guests.

Join us for a seating each week by making a reservation. Our menus change weekly and will be shared on social media. $95 per person, BYOB friendly, no corkage fee.
