Brunch After Dark is a five-course, Chef’s Table dining experience served after hours at Brunch Sayville. Reservations are now open for our first dates, presented by Chef Michelle Panciarello. Each experience will seat a limited number of guests.

Join us for a seating each week by making a reservation. Our menus change weekly and will be shared on social media. $95 per person, BYOB friendly, no corkage fee.
